As the Delivery Assurance Manager at Kmart Australia, you'll become an integral part of our dynamic Product Technology group, reporting directly to the GM of Product Technology. This team oversees critical functions such as Sourcing & New Markets, Domestic and International Supply Chain, and Merchandise and Inventory Operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and implement a standardized delivery model for all project and delivery streams within the Product Technology group.
• Leverage your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams to deliver large-scale projects with a profound impact on all aspects of our Product Technology team.
• Establish and maintain project governance practices, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
• Define and optimize the delivery structure while serving as a thought leader, inspiring teams, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, collaborating closely with GM and C-level leaders to achieve organizational goals.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• Proven experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects, ideally within a retail or technology environment.
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Previous experience in leading both onshore and offshore teams, driving them towards successful project outcomes.
• Familiarity with project governance and best practices to ensure effective project management.
• An ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions within the delivery process.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively working with GM and C-level leaders.
• A passion for inspiring and uplifting teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in delivery practices.
