We are seeking a skilled Learning and Capability Specialist who will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering the professional development landscape for Kmart Group. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating professional development offerings for our stores and national office teams. This role will be instrumental in building our organization's capability, enhancing the performance of our store management teams, and delivering high-quality learning solutions that support our store leaders. This role will primarily be based in Mulgrave, with some travel to Williams Landing as needed.
