ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL 

• Collaborative and engaging.
• Tertiary degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in P&C business partnering within an operations focused business.
• Previous employee/industrial relations experience (essential).
• Proven ability to partner with and relate to multiple stakeholders within a complex environment.
• Previous history managing or using Time in Attendance systems is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated proficiency to understand and learn new business technology systems is essential.
• Internationally mobile candidates preferred.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects. 
• Solutions focused approach. 

BRING IT – A DAY IN THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW ROLE

• Provide generalist P&C business partnering support to our Equity restaurant system and franchise networks.
• Lead projects that drive culture, talent development, engagement and capability uplifts in KFC one system .
• Provide P&C subject matter expertise and mentoring to the field P&C business partnering team.
• Execute capability plan to drive generalist P&C capability across the KFC one system (Equity & Franchise).
• Develop and execute the IR Controls & Communications calendar.
• Provide valuable insights to enhance industrial relations strategies.
• P&C delivery and support of the Time in Attendance system (Lifelenz) in collaboration with IT team.
• Participate in large-scale industrial relations activities, including EBA negotiations.
• Lead the use of P&C data and reporting to create meaningful insight and action.
• Undertake basic configuration and troubleshooting for data reporting through Business Enterprise tools and People Systems.
