Marketing Insights and Analytics Manager

Covering our Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager whilst she is on maternity leave you’ll lead the charge in leveraging data analytics to uncover actionable insights that shape strategic marketing decisions!  

 

ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL  

  • Tertiary degree qualification in marketing, business, economics or statistics. 
  • Previous category management or marketing insights experience, preferably in FMCG. 
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research analysis. 
  • Proven experience influencing business decisions through generation of actionable insights. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, DOMO, and MicroStrategy is a plus. 
  • Commercially astute and solution orientated. 
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships across the business.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW ROLE 

  • Analyse sales, brand, competitor, and category data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards for sales analysis and menu performance. 
  • Ensure compliance with privacy data requirements. 
  • Centralise and manage data from internal and external sources to fuel insights generation. 
  • Oversee agency relationships and maintain data integrity. 
  • Develop actionable insights to influence marketing strategy and annual operating plans. 
  • Recommend best practices in Customer Experience (CX) and track relevant metrics. 
  • Provide marketing 'thought leadership' and contribute to the growth strategy. 
  • Tackle challenges posed by complex product architecture and diverse data sources. 
  • Make actionable recommendations related to delegated activities. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve common goals and share technical expertise. 
  • Build strong internal and external relationships for effective teamwork.
