We are now seeking a HSE Systems Trainer to join our Safety Operations team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine accountable to the Site Safety Superintendent.

This role is based at Sunrise Dam on a 4/3 FIFO roster with occasional work in the Perth Office, initially being offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Accountabilities:

• Support and implement a roll out schedule for site operational users
• Create implementation schedule
• Co-ordination of training session schedules with site operations team
• Provide HSE Site Operation Management with ongoing attendance KPIs on a weekly basis
• Ongoing review and maintenance of implementation schedule and progress reporting
• Deliver training that supports the operations to implement and harness the ISMS modules (Incident Management, Inspections, Interactions and Interventions, Meeting Management, Emergency Preparedness, Management of Change, Actions, Findings, Reporting)
• Formulate Quick Reference Guides for end users and other training support material.
• Data entry of attendees in relevant database
• Ensure that the awareness packages and other associated training content is updated in line with group changes
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key internal stakeholders to proactively identify and address training needs, ensuring that programmes are effectively and efficiently delivery within agreed timelines. 

About You

• Current Training and Assessor qualifications (TAE Certificate IV)
• A Safety training background with previous experience in a similar role
• Or a related field or relevant experience
• Experience delivering training
• Experience managing schedules
• Experience working with HSE systems
• Prior experience working within the resources sector preferred.
