As a boilermaker you will be reporting to the Workshop Supervisor. You will be a key member of the Fabrication/Refurbishment team, helping to meet targets of safety, quality, and throughput in a cost-effective manner, all in accordance with planned production performance
You will work with our skilled team ensuring refurbishment, fabrication repairs, and modifications are carried out in compliance with drawings specifications and in a safe and timely manner.
You will ensure compliance to ISO9001 and all Bradken Quality policies and procedures and participate where required in any associated Quality audits.
Key Criteria:
- Engineering Trade Certification (Fabrication) is essential
- Previous experience in medium - heavy industry, the high-risk environment is essential
- Sound technical problem-solving skills
- An excellent focus on safety and a strong commitment to the health and wellbeing of all work colleagues
This role is based in Mount Thorley.
Monday to Friday day and afternoon shifts available.
