As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic CFO to join our executive team and contribute to our growth trajectory. 

Position Overview:  

As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving sustainable growth. Your expertise will guide the company through strategic financial decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market activities. You will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights that influence business decisions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals. 
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. 
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis to provide insights into business performance. 
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions. 
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. 
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. 
  • Manage and develop finance team both locally and in China 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role. 
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving business success. 
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills. 
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. 
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred. 
  • Industry experience is a plus and mandarin speaking is highly desirable
