Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR) ANZ operates over 30 venues across 8 Airports in the region, partnering iconic brands including Heineken (SYD), Penfolds (ADE), AFL (MEL), James Boags (LAU), and LITTLE CREATURES (PER). Launching into Australia in 2008, ELRANZ has rapidly expanded into the Airport Bar & Restaurant marketplace, setting the benchmark globally in premium airport dining.

THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are seeking enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Attendants who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences at our remarkable Hudson's Coffee venue, located at Launceston Airport.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

• Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm 
• Providing table service and taking orders
• Serve cocktails, beers and world class wines and spirits
• Making barista quality coffee (training provided)
• All whilst following ELRNZ policies, guidelines and procedures
   

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Must have own reliable transportation
• Understand and practice Food Safety at all times, as defined by the company Food Control Plan
• Adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards (for licensed venues)
• Ensures full compliance to uniform & grooming standards every shift.
• Completes all on-line training and reads all notices published on Deputy & Employment Hero
• A keen focus on quality every time
