The Role
As the Receptionist for ICON Engineering, you will be responsible for providing a professional outlook on behalf of ICON Engineering.
Key duties
- General reception duties which will include managing 'front of house' telephone enquiries
- Monitor Stationery and ordering when required
- Kitchen cleanliness
- Arranging domestic and international couriers
- Taking receipt of deliveries
- Assist with domestic and international travel
- Administration support to the Office Manager
- Assist with event management when required
- Managing meeting rooms

About you
- High School certification and/or Business Certification
- Excited to start your Administration career
- Happy and friendly disposition
- Loves to be organised and happy to suggest new ideas
- Previously worked in a team environment in any capacity
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Well presented with excellent time management
Desirable
- Some experience working within a Receptionist position
