The Head of Service and Community Partnerships at Presbyterian Ladies' College (PLC) is a key position focused on coordinating and executing PLC Lighthouse's service learning initiatives and establishing strategic partnerships with community, industry, and private sector organisations. Collaborating with key staff, the role involves promoting the integration of service learning across the school, fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing supplier contracts, overseeing the safe delivery of Lighthouse events, and actively communicating with the school community to generate interest and support. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, experience in service learning coordination and community partnerships, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for empowering young women in their educational journey.
