About the role
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.
We are looking for a Superintendent Control Systems to play a key role in empowering and leading a team to provide emergent control system engineering support to our mines and ports. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring that sites are supported from an escalation and recovery perspective to the highest standards, and that all safety and quality protocols are followed.
This role is a great opportunity for a high calibre individual to join the Process Engineering and Major Hazards division to provide leadership and guidance to a 24/7 technically capable team working in the control room, providing both electrical and control system support to our operations-based teams, supporting defect elimination and executing continuous improvement work.

You will be Perth-based with opportunity to work flexibly from home combined with time in our Operations Centre. The team actively encourages and supports flexible work. This includes workdays, hours, and location, in addition to flexible and part-time work schedules. Occasional site travel will be required.
