The Opportunity

We are currently seeking expression of interest for Quality Control Monitor in our Case Ready Department. You will be the forefront of maintaining excellence in our production processes in the afternoon shift. Your key responsibilities include:

• Dynamic Inspections: Conducting regular and thorough inspections of the retail production area, ensuring that every detail aligns with our commitment to quality.

• Collaborative Solutions: Closely work with the production team, you'll implement corrective actions swiftly and effectively, contributing to a seamless and efficient production environment.

The person we are looking for:

• Is available to work in the afternoon shift.
• Is available to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Have a keen eye for detail and passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
• Have a proactive problem-solving skill to implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Have collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
• Is HACCP trained.
• Is Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Completion of Beef Specification Training is preferred.
• AUS MEAT Standards Officer is desirable.
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
