About the department:

The Home and Ambulatory Services Administration department includes the following services:

The Ambulatory Care Centre, Transit Lounge & Hospital in the Home Services

About the role: Administration support and customer care to our consumers

  • Hours per week: 16 Hours
  • Employment status:  Permanent Part-Time
  • Additional notes: Availability to pick up more hours to backfill leave or vacancies as they arise

As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for...

  • Maintaining Patient records and admissions
  • Assisting a variety of consumers both internal and external 
  • Administrative duties as required.
  • Effective communication and promote a supportive team approach within the ward to ensure a good working relationship.

To be successful for this role you must: 

  • Demonstrate a commitment to high quality patient care.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working as a team member with peer medical, junior medical, nursing and other clinical staff to provide efficient, safe and quality care across the continuum.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teaching, training.
