About the role

We have an entry level opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Surry Hills or Parramatta Office. This individual will support the existing recruitment team in sourcing and onboarding Health Care Support Workers. 

Key functions/duties include, but not limited to:

  • Screening Applications – Reviewing applications from candidates, determining if potentially suitable and forwarding to the recruiters. 
  • Fielding inquiries – receiving inquiries via phone, email and in person and actioning those inquiries in a timely manner.  
  • Pre Employment Checks – Assisting the recruitment team will pre employment checks for potential employees – e.g. references, NDIS checks, Visa Checks etc.
  • Admin – Ensuring accurate, detailed and timely administration of all notes and duties. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties to support the recruitment team. 

About you

This is an entry level role, as a result we are more concerned with personality traits, work ethic and attention to detail.    

Key requirements of the role:

  • Attention to Detail – you will be dealing with high numbers of applications and multiple competing tasks, as a result you need excellent attention to detail in notes and administration. 
  • Computer Skills – We need someone who has strong computer skills – adept with all Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Working Rights – We are not in a position to sponsor, so you will need full work rights in place. 
  • Relationship Building – We will expect you to be able to build great working relationships with key internal stakeholders – Recruiters, Branch Managers etc.
  • Surry Hills or Parramatta Office – We need someone who is able to work full time hours from the Surry Hills or Parramatta office – there will be flexible and hybrid work arrangements available once you are fully embedded in the role.
