St Ursula's College is located in the coastal community of Yeppoon, Queensland.  We are a leading Girls' Catholic College committed to providing a holistic education that nurtures the academic, spiritual and personal growth of our students.  We take pride in our strong tradition of boarding and currently welcome approximately 100 students into our Boarding Houses to live and learn.  

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our College community in 2024.  This is a central role in ensuring the care, wellbeing and development of our Boarding students.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and coordination of the Boarding Houses.

The Head of Boarding may be a teacher and may have previous experience in a boarding environment.

To be successful in this role the Head of Boarding would be:

• a relational leader
• well organised
• collaborative
• enthusiastic and passionate about working with adolescent girls
• an outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills

The successful applicant would:

• hold relevant qualifications and/or educational experience for such a role
• have current positive notice issued by Blue Card Services
• be supportive of the Catholic Ethos and Presentation Traditions of the College

The residential requirements of the Head of Boarding and the associated accommodation will be discussed at interview.  Relocation costs will be negotiated.
