Based in South Brisbane, TTSPH supports seven of our directly owned affiliated Toyota Distributors within the South Pacific, namely Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Samoa, American Samoa, and Tonga. TTSPH are also authorised resellers of Hino, Yamaha and Massey Ferguson, as well as used vehicles, car rentals and fuel stations.

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and proactive full-time Graphic Artist responsible for the design and implementation of digital marketing activities across a range of digital platforms for the TTSPH group companies in the South Pacific.
  
This position is responsible for design execution, production and implementation of engaging on-brand marketing assets and content of digital and print across a range of marketing channels for the TTSPH group companies in the South Pacific within Corporate Identity, Brand’s Identity guidelines and standards.

The Graphic Artist’s days will be fast-paced, working across a wide range of brands, Toyota, Yamaha, Hino and other multiple franchises Goods and Services.

More specifically, you will be involved in the following:
  • Create and produce aspirational multimedia designs to portray key messages to targeted customers.
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information for Toyota, Yamaha and Hino across the seven (7) TTSPH group distributors.
  • Create printed assets for Automotive, Marine, Brand initiatives - decal for dealership showroom, window displays and on vehicles and, other point of sale of materials for the relevant seven TTSPH dealerships when required.
  • Craft and produce assets for Brand and Product campaigns for use across the related seven (7) countries such as website landing pages, banners, social media, print brochure, e-brochure and TV adverts.
  • Collaborate and assist TTSPH Country graphic artists with design concepts and layouts for CSR activities and ANZEN (Safety) initiatives.
  • Liaise with TTSPH stakeholders and Country National Sales Managers to coordinate production of dealership signage materials from concepts to producing marketing assets within the relevant Brands’ standards.
  • Produce office artworks and contribute to administration tasks e.g. create posters, business cards, polo shirts, ordering promotional giveaways – T.V, water bottles etc., and shipping of marketing materials to overseas dealerships on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Video stitching and content creation (essential).
  • Maintain the optimal condition of logos, typography, layouts and update Corporate Identity manuals when required.
  • Create social advertising assets and content in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication Specialist.
  • Create story boards, mocks, user flows, process flows and site maps in collaboration with team members for internal meetings or presentations.
  • Support the Product/Sales and Marketing team in the execution and implementation of Campaign launches across the relevant seven (7) TTSPH group countries, as well as website maintenance.
  • Contribute to Team KPI’s to achieve desired outcomes within deadlines.
PREFERRED APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a graphic designer with a Degree in graphic design or similar.
  • Advance design with In-design (required to change/edit books).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications / SharePoint an advantage.
  • Strong design knowledge of print design and digital practices. WordPress is an advantage.
  • Be able to work under direction and autonomously, and process-driven.
  • Effective communicator – visual, written and verbal and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio available for viewing.
