About the Opportunity

  • Based in our Penrith, Chatswood or West Ryde Office
  • Work from home flexibility
  • 12 Month Contract

The IT Administrator and Automation Support is responsible for managing IT automations progressively implemented over recent years under the current IT architecture, and provide internal customer support for the suite of Microsoft (including SharePoint and Power BI).

The role requires willingness to travel between all of Link Wentworth's offices on occasion if required.

Role Requirements:

  • Automation queue management, issue resolution and support (including after hours on call)
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to the PowerApps solutions
  • Providing ICT support services (Levels 1-3) to all users 
  • Providing internal business as usual Level 1 support for internally developed apps
  • Contributing to the compliance of enterprise cyber security across Link Wentworth including regular training and communication to all users 
  • Continuous service improvement and realignment with everchanging business needs  
  • Management of Telephony & Teams Calling, and associated vendors
  • Be cross-skilled in applications to cover single points of failure and leave coverage, and provide you with scope for career progression

Who we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Two (2) or more years' experience, working in an IT Helpdesk environment 
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related field 
  • Understanding of PowerShell scripting language (favourable) 
  • Understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI 
  • Community Housing Sector Experience (Desirable) 
  • Microsoft O365 competencies
  • Customer focused, excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised

You will also need:

  • At least two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations, meaning, having received the primary course of an Australian Government approved COVID-19 vaccination
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check to Link Wentworth's satisfaction
