We have a new opportunity for a Support Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis at 0.8 FTE (flexibility to work 30.4 hours across 4 or 5 days, with the potential of moving to full-time hours pending operational requirements). The successful candidate must be available to start 3 January 2024.
This role is predominantly work from home if this suits you; however, travel in the community to meet our participants, service providers and relevant community organisations will be required, as well as travel to WCIG offices.
As a member of the WCIG Support Coordination team, you will bring your previous experience, extensive NDIS knowledge and passion to work alongside participants while supporting them to implement their plans. You will be working closely alongside participants and their families to develop a person-centred approach, with the aim of building capacity for participants to independently manage their barriers and supports.
