Westgate Community Initiatives Group Ltd. (WCIG) is an established, not for profit organisation that is committed to creating practical responses to unemployment and disadvantage across Melbourne and Geelong. Our mission is to empower people to achieve a meaningful role in society.
WCIG supports people in making positive changes in their lives, through the provision of employment, disability, youth and training programs. Our vast network of partnerships, allied health services, employers and referral services enables us to take a holistic approach in ensuring people reach their full potential. All of our staff work towards the same, purpose-led goal of improving lives through dignity and choice.
The result of this mindset speaks for itself: due to an internal promotion and ongoing program growth, we have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join us on a permanent part-time basis, working 22.8 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded but is not essential.
There is flexibility for the site you are based out of, with the opportunity for you to work from one of our offices in either Footscray, Geelong, Melton, St Albans, Sunshine or Werribee.
