In this role, you will:

• Plan and lead the overall execution of complex projects in alignment with best project management methodologies using Emerson-specified systems and tools
• Ensure that the project/contractual progress remains on track by driving internal and external partners.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered timely, within scope, within budget, and specified project/contract targets are achieved.
• Prepare and lead project/contract budgets and costs.
• Arrange and lead project progress review meetings with customers.
• Reporting to and handling customer expectations.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 
• Foster and manage customer relationships.
• Ensure project quality is aligned with statutory and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership in HSE standards & performance to ensure project safety.
• Support sales and proposals function in project pursuit.
• Actively contribute to the Sales POR process (revenue forecasting and recognition) for projects and provide support in reaching those commitments. 

Who You Are:

You are someone who works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results and rely on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement when making decisions.

In this role, you will need:

• Degree or equivalent experience qualified in a project management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Project Management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in, and understanding of, forecasting, budgeting processes, and financial reporting.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching a project team.
• Process Automation and field device experience
• Understanding of Emerson Products and Services
