We are looking for a Retail/Receptionist to join our growing team.

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:

- Well presented with a demonstrated energy to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Previous retail and customer service experience is a bonus but not essential as training will be provided
- Motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenges

About the role
You will be working 2-3 days per week, both days and hours are flexible. We appreciate your openness to flexibility in your work schedule, allowing us to better accommodate patient demand and deliver exceptional service.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Providing exceptional customer care
- Retail customer service and sale of frames and lenses
- Maintaining presentation of store and stock
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments
