About you:

We are seeking an Assistant Educator who has experience working with Infants at our NinoELA Elsternwick.

• Support and understand the importance of caring, nurturing and providing stimulating learning environments infants need to thrive in their first 5 years of life.
• Support the team in the daily running of the room.
• Build rapport and communicate with families and children.
• Setting up different learning activities with the children.
• Cleaning and always maintaining a tidy room.

Key Requirements:

• Flexible working hours available to suit you.
• Completed a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education/ ACECQA approved equivalent with experience in a long day care or other early childhood setting within a babies room.
• Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, Current Working with Children's Check.
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• An enthusiasm for creating educational, stimulating and inviting play spaces and activities.
