About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver City of Palmerston's capital infrastructure programs and projects.
This role facilitates the achievement of Council’s Community Plan Objectives by developing, maintaining, and coordinating effective delivery of a variety of infrastructure projects. This ranges from ensuring vital pathway assets are replaced to the planning and delivery of the $20m + multi-stage Zuccoli Community Hub.
If successful, you will be leading;
- The development and delivery of Minor (<$100,000) and Major (>$100,000) Capital Projects
- Capital works forward programming over 1-, 3- and 10-year periods
- Project and Contract Management
- Stakeholder Management
About you
You will have Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction and/or or Project Management, with demonstrated project management experience. You will also understand long term asset management and capital project planning and be able to demonstrate high level communication skills to a variety of stakeholders, including the ability to lead a small team.
