A vacancy exists for casual Social Support Group Program workers to assist clients within our Social Support Groups. As a social support group worker, you will help clients to attend and actively participate in activities.

The social support group program is designed to enhance the lives of older people within the community by promoting social inclusion, physical activity and emotional well-being. Staff within the program assist with the provision of a high quality program, designing and implementing group and individual activities based on the interests and goals of clients who attend the service.

To be suitable for this role you must have:
• Minimum Certificate III Aged Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience post certificate (desirable)
• Current non-restricted Victorian Driver’s Licence.
