CyberCX is Australia’s leading independent cyber security consultancy organisation. To support our rapid growth, we are looking for motivated and passionate Senior Consultant. In this role, you’ll work with your team to deliver great client outcomes and grow your career rapidly as a cyber security professional.  

We’re looking for candidates that have a sound and relevant technical background. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering tailored high-quality solutions for CyberCX clients. The Senior Consultant will also be responsible for ensuring that project work that is delivered to the client is outcome focused and remains appropriate for their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cyber security projects aligned with the service catalogue
• Work with clients to assist them in identifying and effectively managing problems that can be solved through the value provided by CyberCX
• Lead the development and implementation of new technologies within a large systems environment by advising on architecture, design concepts, implementation strategies and deployment timelines
• Design and develop high quality business solutions and other projects
• Evaluate customer's business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes
• Ensure consulting services are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in architecture, design, implementation and integration of security, network and infrastructure solutions
• Experience with current operating systems (Windows and Linux)
• Experience with one or more of the following: Vulnerability Management, EDR, SIEM, Network Monitoring, Firewalls, SASE, SD-WAN
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience with automation platforms to deploy and configure solutions
