Junior Pre-Sales Architect, Managed Services

The Role
This role will work closely with the Customer team in their state and is responsible for the design of one or more applications and/or services within CyberCX. You will lead the development of CyberCX solutions in commercial accounts and develop the vision that underlies the solution and the execution of that vision into that solution.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to);
  • Scope and design technical solutions for managed service contracts, using the following technologies:
    • SIEM solutions such as Splunk & Sentinel
    • Vulnerability scanning/vulnerability management solutions such as Tenable Networks
    • Next- generation Firewalls such as Palo Alto Networks
    • Applications Delivery solutions such as F5
    • Endpoint, Detection and Response solutions such as CrowdStrike
    • Threat intelligence, cloud security, data protection, CASB or any other security related technology solutions
  • Work closely with sales and other presales architects on proposals and bids for both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Lead design workshops and develop design documentation in conjunction with the professional services team
  • Create commercial documentation to support bid processes  
About You
Ideally a minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales, technical delivery or managed services role. 
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in Information technology or similar field (preferred)
  • Specialise in certain solutions/products and have vendor certifications in Security technologies
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience solution selling
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
