Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, this position will partner with our leaders as part of the HR team and be responsible for the strategic and operational recruitment across our business. This role will also have the opportunity to work across multiple upcoming projects within the business. You will:

  • Take responsibility for end to end recruitment process of a wide range of roles
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including internal applicant tracking systems, professional networks, employee referrals, job boards, and search engines to identify and attract talent
  • Actively reach out to passive candidates through research, networking and online platforms and develop/maintain relationships with passive candidates to engage interest in current and future openings
  • Identify efficient ways of working to improve the recruitment process and ensure quality results for each new hire
  • Coach leaders on recruitment practices
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies
  • Review and develop recruitment resources including interview guides and job advertisements
  • Administer Assessment centres for our bulk recruitment

About you

  • Previous Agency or in house recruitment experience, ideally with experience recruiting a range of positions from bulk blue collar roles up to managerial level roles
  • Strategic sourcing experience in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Experience preferred utilising HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing Tools
  • High level interpersonal and communications skills to enable strong stakeholder management 
  • A desire to work across broad talent projects and partner with the business to deliver talent solutions 
  • Some prior knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements and different employment contractual arrangements
