Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:
  • Crafting and delivering top-notch training and assessment programs for our operational and trades staff, including bright-eyed trainees and eager apprentices.
  • Putting your skill to the test by assessing competencies in line with rigorous regulatory training requirements.
  • Verifying competencies at our operational sites, ensuring we're always at the top of our game.
  • Keeping the wheels turning with your expert administration, data input, reporting, and a constant quest for improvement in our assessment and training methods.
  • Tending to our treasure trove of employee training records and skills matrices, ensuring they shine like gold.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining site training plans, all with an unwavering focus on proficiency-based training results.
  • Engaging in training activities aligned with our innovative trainee program and RTO partnership model.
  • Creating and managing shift plans to keep our operations as smooth as silk.
To reign supreme in this role, you'll need:
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116.
  • A Cert III in Surface Extraction Operations (bonus points if you've got this one).
  • Experience in Verification of Competency (VOC)
  • Battle scars from the world of mobile plant operations.
  • Previous experience in remote Mining and/or Civil operations
  • A savvy understanding of Learning Management principles.
  • Good administrative skills and an innate talent for all things digital.
  • A current Driver's License to take you where you need to be.
  • National Police Clearance suitable for access to all sites including goldmines
  • Ability to complete full pre-employment medical, including a drug screen.
