IMC are currently seeking enthusiastic IT Helpdesk & Customer Support Officer to join the Bayswater based team. As Level 1 IT support, you will be the first point of contact for our end-users, providing IT support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.   Responsibilities:   
  • Triage & respond to IT support requests from end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system with the support of an external MSP.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution or escalating complex problems.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights on systems and applications.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems across various platforms.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper allocation and tracking of hardware.  
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications (MS Office, Microsoft Office 365)
  • Basic understanding of LAN WAN
  • Understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and user account management.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Friendly outgoing nature
