Demonstrate your critical thinking skills, technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills in this permanent, full-time role as Senior IT Systems Engineer, supporting South Bank Parklands, Roma Street Parkland, and Victoria Park/Barrambin under the stewardship of City Parklands Services Pty Ltd, a subsidiary company of Brisbane City Council. The successful candidate will be our champion for Networks and End User Support and will share their knowledge and expertise taking part in IT projects across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with great technical knowledge who is passionate about service, keen to expand their existing knowledge and has experience in managing multiple stakeholders. Our ideal candidate loves to solve problems, thinks ahead, and thrives on managing their priorities on a daily basis, with the support of an IT team.

We are looking for a team member who has:

• experience working within Microsoft systems. Products include Microsoft (MS) Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019, Office 365, Teams calling and Azure
• the ability to advise users on the effective use of administrative applications and 365 Office software
• proven and demonstrable troubleshooting ability on computers and network infrastructure
• worked with Ticket Management, resolution and escalation
• can prioritise their workload and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
• experience liaising and managing external vendors
• holds a valid Drivers Licence, EWP High Risk Licence is desirable (training can be provided)
