At City Parklands, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brisbane City Council, we are passionate about parks, public places and people and we deliver integrated place management for South Bank Parklands, Roma Street Parkland, and Victoria Park/Barrambin on behalf of Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government. Currently we are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support and deliver the people and culture strategy, programs and auditing their effectiveness across the business. This role will partner with the business providing expert direction, support and advice and to foster a culture that prioritises the people. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive people and culture initiatives and engagement. This role will also play a key role in the upcoming negotiations for the certified agreement.

We are looking for a team member who is eager to:

• Support the development and lead the implementation of the people and culture strategy for City Parklands.
• Support the development, implementation, monitoring and review of people and culture systems.
• Partner with leaders across the business to manage and lead contiuous improvement in people and culture matters.
• Provide specialist / technical advice to leaders and team members on people and culture matters including industrial relations.
• Facilitate and support teams in managing end to end recruitment as required.
• Lead and support workplace investigations.
