About the Role
As the Team Manager Industrial, you will manage the team’s activities and provide professional/technical advice on these activities to the Directorate Leadership when required.
With significant experience in planning complex, innovative, proactive industry intervention campaigns and compliance work as well as risk management, you will contribute to the Directorate initiatives as required.
A key part of your role will be working with stakeholders to ensure ongoing management of Customer experience and proactively improve service delivery and set targets. You will also provide leadership to deliver the service culture to achieve the outcomes identified in the Directorate Operational Plan.
Being proactive and results driven with proven record in building strong stakeholder relationships, leading various teams will be the key to your success in this role.
