Solution Architect - Healthcare Services

Melbourne Based 

Immediate requirement for a Senior Solutions Architect to assist with the upgrade of EMR/HR/Payroll systems and integration with 12 hospitals, Aged care facilities supporting 40,000 users. 

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate all of the following essential capabilities and a range of desirable qualifications.

Essential Capabilities 

• Experience in EMR and/or HR\Payroll Integration
• Hands-on expertise in designing and developing Solution Architecture for Healthcare systems and its integration with PAS/EMR/Payroll
• Sound knowledge of EMR, PAS or any other Clinical systems.
• Excellent understanding of HL7 governance and compliance
• A collaborative and engaging style with demonstrated ability to engage and manage a diverse stakeholder base (Clinicians, technology and business executives)
• Outstanding leadership, relationship building and stakeholder influencing skills.

Highly Desirable Capabilities

• Extensive experience in working for Healthcare service providers
• Solution Architecture background preferably in EMR systems
• Previous experience managing National Health Records
• Experienced working in a multi-vendor environment
