Senior Change Manager - Melbourne / Geelong

• Experience working in healthcare sector
• Clinical Background (nursing, allied health, chemist)
• Previous experience in project management 

Immediate requirement for an experienced Change Manager to join our team to lead and deliver business change initiatives across a complex program for a major health organization. The change initiatives would result in increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Essential Capabilities

• Lead and drive change initiatives; change impact assessments and readiness across both business and IT. Manage and deliver the change business, process, systems and technology.
• Previous experience in Organisational Change Management; managing and coordinating people change and impacts on the business.
• Demonstrated background in the application of project management methodologies (eg. PRINCE2, PMBOK, LEAN, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of health service operations, including funding policy, roles, and strategic health planning.
• Consultative approach with solid experience in operationalising Change and Communication Management Strategies utilising best practices / tools
• Ability to lead and drive key initiatives to uplift organisations capabilities, and mentor team members.
• Foster engagement and a common direction with a broad internal stakeholder group.

Highly Desirable Capabilities

• Healthcare services background e.g. Hospitals, Pharmacy, Chemists etc
• Previous experience working within Clinical Industry
• Certified Prosci professional
• Experienced in working across complex Business Change programs 
• Ability to interact, communicate and present to senior executives
• Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder influencing skills
