Tell me more...The Strategy and Performance Manager will lead strategy and performance initiatives across the Northern sector of TCHHS for health service delivery across the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsular Area.  The role will report to the Executive General Manager North and work with the Northern Leadership team to support strategy, performance improvement and management of risk and compliance. The role will also identify data sources to analyse, collate and present community health data and trends for strategic performance reporting and community and stakeholder engagement purposes. 

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated strategic focus with capacity to shape and drive vision and ability to assume responsibility and accountability for advancing business intelligence objectives.
• Ability to articulate and translate technical concepts and data trend analysis for briefings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders including community engagement activities.
• High level conceptual and technical understanding of business intelligence including data management and statistical analysis concepts.
