We’re on the lookout for the best of the best in customer service to join our Servicing team on a part-time basis.

  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs & provide the highest level of service
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer and banker queries and contribute to a team culture of support, development and results
  • Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with immediate team, bankers, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
  • Perform each duty above with our customers’ satisfaction as the number one priority

A little bit about you…

The skills you’ve picked up along the way:

  • Fast learner - we’re fast moving and changing all the time
  • Previous customer service skills in business banking / challenger banks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and on the phone
  • A drive to continuously improve things and change processes to improve the customer experience
  • Investigative skills
  • You’ll have some data and analytical skills
  • Outgoing, driven and a passionate personality

 

Your life pre-Judo:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 2 years previous Business Banking experience
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all kinds of people
