Your New Role

Duties will include

• Support existing Director and guide and mentor team
• Seek growth opportunities for the Business Unit and wider business
• Client relationship building and management
• Feasibility costs and estimating
• Cost planning through design
• Cost management through construction
• Delivery and production of QS services
• Part of the Quality Assurance team for our reporting

What You need to be successful

• Minimum of 10 years private sector experience in Sydney
• Excellent professional relationship with developers and financiers 
• Tertiary Qualifications in Quantity Surveying 
• Completion of AIQS or RICS membership 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a team 
• Focused and driven to innovate and add value 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Responsive to client needs, and able to meet business deadlines 
• Clear and concise communication skills with clients and colleagues 
• Willingness to work collaboratively to benefit the entire company.
