It's no secret....Aegros is growing rapidly..!!!! We now require a highly skilled and creative Computer-Aided Design (CAD) professional to join our Engineering team as a CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) 3D Designer.

You will play a crucial role in translating conceptual ideas into detailed 3D models and drawings for civil, structural, and architectural projects. You will need to have a deep understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, and proficiency in industry-standard software to be successful.

What you will be doing...

• Creating detailed 3D models of civil, structural, and architectural elements using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts, incorporating feedback to meet project requirements.

• Producing high-quality renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent, allowing stakeholders to grasp project details effectively.

• Generating precise 2D drawings and construction documents from 3D models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Working closely with project teams to select appropriate materials and components based on design specifications, functionality, and cost considerations.

• Coordinating with other disciplines within the project team to integrate civil, structural, and architectural elements seamlessly.

• Conducting thorough reviews of your own work and that of team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.

Requirements

You will bring...

·       Bachelor of Architecture or Design or Building Systems

·       Minimum 7 years of experience including BIM managed projects

·       Basic knowledge of detail design and extensive 3D knowledge

·       Strong experience in AutoCAD Architecture or Revit and other compatible software

·       3D Max and ability to generate renderings is an advantantage

. Team player with good communications skills and a strong work ethic

·       Flexible traveling on project assignments
