In this role, you'll be working within the waste industry, and your primary goal will be to expand our business through a combination of cold-calling, maintaining relationships with our existing clientele, and growing sales through your exceptional relationship management skills.

As a crucial member of our organisation, the Sales Representative bears the responsibility of not only promoting our company's services but also enhancing our standing in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Growth: Identify and seize opportunities to boost sales and cultivate new business ventures.
• Client Relations: Engage with existing clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Tender Proposal Management: Skillfully prepare and submit tender proposals to secure new business opportunities.
• Strategic Marketing: Strategise, execute, and evaluate marketing and promotional initiatives to not only attract new clients but also enhance brand recognition.

Qualifications and Skills We Value:

• A track record of proven success in sales, including a history of achieving and surpassing sales targets while expanding market share.

Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM tool would be highly regarded.

Waste Management / Transport / Construction industry experience would be an advantage though not essential.
