The weather is heating up and so are the vibes at Belles! We are looking for a high-energy, positive and hands-on leader to run our BOH team! 

We’ve been slinging the hot stuff since 2014 and people know us around the country for our infamous Nashville hot chicken, easy-drinking booze, soulful tunes and warm service on tap! Our busy kitchens are the beating heart of the Belles world, serving up great food and booze from 11.30am until 10pm with full table service and busy takeaway.  We keep things extra simple and focus greatly on the care, love and consistency that goes into our products.  

 In this role you’ll be: 

• The General Manager’s and Exec Chef's right-hand for all things kitchen!  
• Proactively managing the rostering & shift availabilities while ensuring everyone is on-boarded and trained thoroughly to keep our kitchen fine-tuned to the Belles high standard. 
• Cooking our signature fried hot chicken, sandwiches and sides to our exact requirements every time! 
• Putting your passion for great food into delivering the consistent and high-quality product to our customers 
• Ensuring cooking methods, portions and recipes are always followed 
• Managing your team in completing daily and weekly prep tasks 
• Maintaining a clean and well-presented kitchen compliant with food safety standards 
• Tracking your team’s development and overall performance and being proactive in attending meetings and training 
• Contributing to a positive workplace culture and getting on board with the Belles Hot Chicken Philosophy!
