Queensland Hotel Association Award Winners and Australian Hotel Association Finalists - The Full Moon Hotel is a dining destination, merging traditional and modern fare with quality and upmarket offerings to our many customers.   With seating for over 250 guests, two bars, live entertainment, function facilities, four bottleshops and VIP Gaming Room, we are a hub of activity through the week.

What is the opportunity?

Working with Head Chef Richard Sellers, you will be equipped and ready to take on the challenge in a way that supports the venues signature characteristics and create food that engages with our customers. 

Candidates will have:

• High attention to detail
• Reliable, presentable, punctual and motivated
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
• Pride in yourself and work ethic
• Great time management
• Flexible availability with weekends, some split shifts are required
