Who and what are we looking for?

Gemlife Civil division are presently looking for experienced Civil plant operators for our Moreton Bay project. Initially a casual role but could be permanent in the future.

If you have previous experience in the subdivision or road construction industries, enjoy operating well maintained equipment – we need to talk. 

We are seeking Moxy drivers and experienced, who are also happy to jump off the plant and be a labourer when required.

You are a hardworking team player, who enjoys being part of a great crew, working in the Civil Construction team. You are a person who enjoys the mix of plant operating and labouring. You are fit and physically strong and want to get the work done in a really good cultural environment.

You have experience and your tickets/licences for the above plant.

About You

• Previous experience in a Civil Plant/Labouring role.
• Be licenced and able to operate the above equipment.
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
• Strong safety initiative 
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be reliable and dedicated to the role.
• General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
• Current Driver's Licence
• Construction Industry Card (White Card)
