Are you a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a passion for finding the right people for the right roles? We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruiting efforts in key business areas and help build Sedgwick's workforce in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager

What are my accountabilities? 

• Building strong relationships with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs, and providing regular progress updates.
• Developing and nurturing talent pipelines for both current and future job openings, including complex and specialized roles.
• Playing a pivotal role in enhancing Sedgwick's employer brand in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions, from entry-level to senior management, across various departments, while also offering valuable market insights to drive our hiring strategies.

About you:

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment expertise, including a track record of recruiting at the senior leader level.
• Proven experience in proactive sourcing, including the development and management of talent pipelines and critical skills market mapping, locally and internationally.
• A professional and results-oriented approach, capable of collaborating with executives and senior leaders to meet their key talent needs.
• Knowledge of relevant HR legislation to ensure compliant and fair recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in using an ATS, preferably Workday.
