Join Warrnambool City Councils Human Resources team in the position of Human Resources Advisor. 

We’re looking for someone who is resilient and also passionate about supporting employees whilst driving success for Council. 

So, what does your typical day look like?

  • Provide Human Resource advice and support to managers, coordinators and staff via email, phone calls and face to face. 
  • Keep up to date with current trends, regulations and legislation relevant to HR. 
  • Assist and guide managers with conflict resolution & employee relations. 
  • Conducting of interviews to find talented and skilled employees for Council. 

Flexible work hours (including part time/ school hours) can be negotiated for the right candidate.
