You will possess:
- A trade qualification (evidence required);
- Experience delivering quality food standards in a fast paced service environment;
- The experience to model an example of excellence for others to follow;
- A collaborate and inclusive leadership style;
- A willingness to contribute to the creative process of menu planning & daily specials;
- Strong skills across all kitchen sections;
- Demonstrated understanding of food safety & hygiene practices; and
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster (so everyone can enjoy a weekend off per rotation).
