About the role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Client Service Manager to join our satellite site in Canberra. With support from our Sydney office and working alongside our Regional Sales Manager who is also Canberra based, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and underwriters.

Key to your success will be your ability to retain and renew our existing clients whilst identifying new business and cross selling opportunities.

About you

You will have excellent clientrelationship building skills together with strong communication and excellentnegotiation skills. You will need to be passionate about client serviceexcellence, present a professional image and be a positive team player. Experience in a professional services, banking or finance related field would be an advantage.
