Nurses are at the heart of our team and we would not be able to do what we do without our amazing nurses. Now, SASH is looking for another Emergency & Critical Care Nurse to join the team and that's where you come in!
- Provide care to our patients from admission through to discharge

About You:
We are looking for a passionate Veterinary Nurse who can work independently with a reliable, adaptable and proactive approach to your work. We are looking for a nurse with the following skills:
- A keen interest in emergency and a desire to work closely with our patients throughout their entire SASH journey
- An ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in general anaesthesia & ventilation is desirable but not essential. A training program will be developed for the right person to support their ongoing learning and development
- Confidence working in an extremely busy environment
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Completed a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- A minimum of 2 years, full-time experience as a qualified nurse
- Previous experience in emergency nursing would be highly regarded
- Able to work across a 24/7 rotating roster including overnight shifts
