The Role
As a Clinical Services Manager within the Disability Justice Service team you will provide clinical supervision and leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary clinicians to deliver positive behaviour support interventions, using person-centred practice, and employing evidence-based models, to support individuals with disability interfacing with the justice system.
The role develops and contributes to the strategic planning, program and policy development of the service and contributes professional skills and knowledge, including discipline specific expertise, to enhance team functioning and development and to encourage positive results for individuals.
We are looking for an experienced clinical leader, who is eager to provide warm, compassionate and collaborative evidence-based practice to people with disability interfacing with the justice system. As such, you will be an effective communicator, with a proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and lead a multidisciplinary team.
