ABOUT THE ROLE
The internal recruitment consultant will partner with hiring managers to understand roles and recruitment requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract exceptional candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates
- Post advertisements, screen applicants, arrange and conduct interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships within the industry

ABOUT YOU
- 2 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant in engineering or construction
- Outstanding knowledge of recruitment strategies, methods and tools
- Expert with HR software
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Adaptable and resilient
- Will thrive in a rapidly growing technical environment
