As part of the Bunzl Group, Containit Solutions is an importer & manufacturer servicing customers Australia-wide from our 5000m² NSW Distribution Centre. With a focus on design & quality, we are dedicated to bringing unique, smart solutions to our customers creating productive, organised, and safe warehouse and workshop environments. We work predominately with Australia’s largest organisations across a range of industries including Manufacturing, Rail, Mining, Government, Food & Beverage, Transport, and Utilities.

YOUR ROLE

To be a successful in-house Recruiter, you will effectively provide superior and timely service to ensure hiring managers have the best recruitment experience, with great visibility of actions and respecting deadlines. 

Your role will be coordinating a range of HR recruitment activities, map the talent market around Dubbo, Orange and Parkes, and influence managers to follow the recruitment process to provide a great candidate experience.  This is a 6-month contract role.

 Key objectives will include, but not be limited to the following:

• End-to-end recruitment process for commercial and operations roles, including advertising, shortlisting, video screen/phone screen, book interviews, reference check and prepare offers.
• Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive new starter pack
• Ensure the effective induction of new staff, including the completion and forwarding of payroll and other documentation
• Proactively recruit & headhunt using Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter on top of traditional use of our ATS (PageUp)

• Experience within a HR recruitment role and familiar with all aspects of HR
• Confident and articulate - excellent communication skills
• An autonomous problem solver who can make things happen
• Ability to work well with senior management to support the company objectives
• Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
